This Privacy Policy explains what data Reverb (“we,” “us”) collects when you use reverbpro.com (“Service”), how we use it, and your rights. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Account data: email address and hashed password when you register.
Submitted content: any URLs, text, audio files, or video files you submit to generate content packs. These are processed by our AI pipeline and the results (generated packs) are stored in your job history.
Usage data: number of content packs generated, timestamps, subscription tier, and billing customer ID (for paid plans).
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited — logged for security and to diagnose errors.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models.
Submitted source content (URLs, text, uploaded files) is processed transiently to generate your pack. Uploaded media files are sent to Google’s Gemini File API for analysis and are automatically deleted from Gemini’s storage after processing (typically within minutes; maximum 48 hours per Google’s policy).
Generated results (your content packs) are stored in our database as your job history and retained for as long as your account is active. You can view them at any time from the History page.
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Upon deletion we remove your email, password hash, and associated history within 30 days.
We share data with the following services to operate the product:
We use a session cookie (reverb_token) to keep you logged in. It is an httpOnly cookie and is not accessible to JavaScript.
We may use privacy-friendly analytics (PostHog or Plausible) to measure aggregate usage patterns — page views, feature adoption, funnel conversion. No personal data is shared with analytics providers. You can opt out via your browser’s Do Not Track signal or by disabling JavaScript.
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes (cost 12). JWTs are signed with HS256 and expire after 30 days. All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. We apply rate-limiting on authentication and generation endpoints to limit abuse.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@reverbpro.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
