These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reverb (“Service”), operated by Reverb (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Reverb is an AI-powered content repurposing tool. You provide source content (URLs, text, audio, or video) and receive AI-generated content packs formatted for various platforms. The Service is provided “as is.” Output quality depends on your input and the underlying AI models — we make no guarantee that output will be accurate, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service (analysis, generation, storage of results). We do not sell your content to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free-tier usage is limited to 5 content packs per month. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error.
The Service, its design, and underlying software are owned by Reverb and protected by applicable law. AI-generated output is provided to you for your use; we make no claim of copyright in outputs generated for you.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reverb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; stored data is subject to our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, at our election.
